By using any DeenShield product (Web App, Browser Extension, Mobile Apps, Desktop Manager, Desktop App) you agree to these Terms and any product‑specific notices.

2. Non‑Commercial Personal Use

Current releases are provided for personal / family use. Separate licensing may be introduced for organizational deployment.

3. No Warranty

Software provided "AS IS" without warranties. We aim for accuracy (e.g., prayer times) but you should verify religiously sensitive calculations.

4. Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering beyond open source license allowances.
No using products to harm, monitor, or profile others without consent.
No removal of attribution or legal notices.

5. Privacy

See the unified Privacy Overview. Products are local‑first; future online services will add specific terms.

6. Content & Religious Guidance

Religious content is provided in good faith. Users should consult qualified scholars for jurisprudential rulings.

7. Updates / Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updated publication indicates acceptance.

8. Termination

You may stop using products at any time. We may restrict access to future cloud services for misuse.

9. Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law ADS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.

10. Governing Law

Applicable law will be clarified with future jurisdictional rollouts. For now general international best efforts apply.
