DeenHub — Terms of Service

Overview
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of DeenHub, a product of Alhaq Initiative. By using DeenHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DeenHub.
Who May Use DeenHub
You must be able to form a binding contract with Alhaq Initiative and comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If you are using DeenHub on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your Account and Security
Some features may not require an account. If accounts are introduced or you access services requiring authentication, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use DeenHub in a respectful, lawful manner aligned with the spirit of the service. You will not:
- Engage in unlawful, harassing, harmful, or hateful conduct.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of DeenHub or circumvent security or authentication measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of DeenHub or others’ use of it.
- Misuse DeenHub to transmit malware or unauthorized automated traffic.
- Violate others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
Permissions and Device Features
Certain features (e.g., precise/approximate location, notifications, motion/compass sensors) require your permission to function. You may grant or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some functionality may be limited without the relevant permissions.
Content and Intellectual Property
DeenHub and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Alhaq Initiative and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of DeenHub unless permitted by law or with our written consent.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use DeenHub for personal, non‑commercial purposes. Any use of DeenHub contrary to these Terms is prohibited.
Third‑Party Services
DeenHub may interoperate with or link to third‑party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.
Privacy
Your use of DeenHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. Please read it carefully.
Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue DeenHub (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Disclaimers
DeenHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that DeenHub will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alhaq Initiative and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of DeenHub. Our total liability for any claims relating to DeenHub will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alhaq Initiative and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of DeenHub or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to DeenHub at any time if you violate these Terms or use DeenHub in a way that could cause harm. You may stop using DeenHub at any time. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Alhaq Initiative is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where local law grants you mandatory consumer rights, these Terms are applied to the fullest extent consistent with those rights.
